RegulationsOffice Terms of Service
Scope and use terms for RegulationsOffice public information, request forms, newsletter preferences, and scoped service discussions.
Who operates this site
RegulationsOffice is a 10li-operated business surface for informational requests and manual scoping. Any paid engagement requires confirmed contracting-entity details, written scope, acceptance terms, and secure file exchange instructions before work begins.
General contact: hello@regulationsoffice.eu.
Service scope
- Regulatory updates notes and source monitoring summaries.
- Checklist starters and first-review evidence questions.
- Newsletter-profile preference review and issue previews.
- Manual request review for scoped briefs, monitoring setup, supplier-readiness support, and evidence-pack preparation.
Not legal advice
RegulationsOffice provides research, organization, screening, documentation, and preparation support. It does not provide legal advice, legal representation, audit certification, or compliance guarantees. Formal applicability decisions, legal positions, filings, and regulated commitments should be reviewed by qualified counsel or the relevant professional adviser.
No guaranteed outcome
- Public notes and checklists are educational and operational starting points, not complete compliance programs.
- Timelines, prices, and deliverables are only confirmed after manual review and written scope confirmation.
- RegulationsOffice may decline work that is too sensitive, unclear, regulated, conflicted, or outside capability.
User responsibilities
- Do not submit credentials, API keys, regulated internal records, raw supplier exports, or confidential client evidence through public forms.
- Use the forms for high-level context only until a secure file exchange is agreed.
- Treat public notes, checklists, and deadline-watch items as starting points; check source dates and seek legal or professional review before relying on any regulatory interpretation.
- Make sure you have permission to share any business information you submit.
Newsletter and preference requests
Submitting the newsletter profile form records a manual-review preference request. It does not create an automatic subscriber record and does not authorize unsolicited outreach beyond responding to the submitted request. Consent can be withdrawn by contacting hello@regulationsoffice.eu.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, RegulationsOffice is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, business interruption, regulatory penalties, or decisions made without professional review. Any paid engagement should include a written scope, limitation, and acceptance process before work begins.
Contracting terms and disputes
The public site itself does not create a paid engagement. Paid work starts only after a separate written acceptance record identifies the contracting party, governing law or forum, payment terms, scope, service expectations, liability limits, and secure file exchange route. Until that record exists, the site is informational and request-routing only.
